Is Vanessa's "Stop Saying" advice actually realistic for real-world conversations?

I’ve been watching the "Stop Saying VERY" and "Stop Saying I’M FINE" videos lately, and while I get that she wants us to sound more natural, does anyone else feel like it’s almost more stressful to try and remember those synonyms during a real talk? 😅 I mean, I love her energy and the lessons with her husband Dan are great for hearing real dialogue, but what do you guys think? Is it better to stick to the basics and be clear, or is the "advanced" vocabulary actually worth the struggle? Has anyone actually tried using her specific phrasal verb lists in a real conversation yet? Let's discuss!
