Hollywood's best 60 seconds, they said. My feed just leveled up... in knowing exactly how *not* to get involved in a 10 billion yen land scam. These clips on Harrison Yamanaka and his crew are so detailed, I'm pretty sure I could start my own 'ground swindler' consulting firm now. Don't worry, it'll be fully licensed and legal. Probably. The suspense is actually kinda addictive, makes me question every property deal I hear about. Good thing I own nothing
