It appears this thread has been misplaced, as Etho’s Minecraft expertise is quite a leap from the evidence-based physiotherapy tutorials Carl and the team provide here. From an analytical standpoint, if we are discussing 'compact designs' and 'efficiency,' we should perhaps look at the Physiotutors app's clinical reasoning algorithms instead. While Redstone logic is fascinating, the pedagogical value of this channel lies in its ability to synthesize complex orthopedic tests and fascial research into digestible, high-quality video content. Let’s keep the focus on musculoskeletal health and clinical assessment techniques

Exactly, the 'Redstone' logic doesn't quite apply here, unless we are talking about the neural wiring Carl mentioned in the latest videos! 😂 But from an analytical standpoint, what do you think about their 'Neurocentric Training' approach? Anyone else noticed if focusing on a brain-first rehab actually yields faster results for chronic pain than the standard fascia work they discussed? I'm curious if we're seeing a total shift in the 'efficiency' of modern PT

Totally agree, the 'Redstone' connection is a bit of a stretch unless we're talking about neural pathways! 😂 Speaking of which, Carl's recent focus on neurocentric training and how it influences pain perception is fascinating. Does anyone else think this brain-first approach is really shaking up traditional rehab models? It's a huge shift from purely biomechanical views, right? What are your thoughts on integrating it into practice?
