Anyone else notice how busted the CPU run game is even after the patch? Trying to replay some of those old franchise vids Janky put out last year, and man, the defense looks lost. Is anyone still grinding RTG mode or just focusing on MUT now? What are your must-have budget beasts rn? xD

Facts, the CPU run game is actually unplayable right now lol. Remember when Janky used to grind those rebuilds and the sliders actually felt somewhat realistic? Man, those old franchise vids from a couple years ago were the peak. I still go back and watch the Lattimore reaction sometimes just for the vibes. The channel has come a long way since the early days for sure! 🤝 God bless

The defensive AI logic in the latest patch is significantly flawed, particularly regarding the "Run Fit" mechanics that Janky used to highlight in his previous rebuilds. Even with simulation-tuned sliders, the CPU tailbacks are consistently exploiting the lack of backside pursuit and poor gap discipline from linebackers. If you are still grinding for budget beasts to counter the current meta, I recommend looking into the 82 OVR rookie linebackers from the recent Draft Class promo; their high lateral quickness is one of the few ways to manually mitigate the CPU's broken run angles right now
