I was just rewatching some 2013-2015 era videos and man, the energy was just different back then. Remember when we used to get those raw freestyle sessions every week? It’s crazy to see how much the channel has grown from those early grime days to the massive platform it is today. Who else remembers the original Daily Duppy videos with the old graphics? Absolute classics.

The 2014-2015 run was legendary, definitely paved the way for what we see now. But do you lot think the transition to more polished music videos has made artists focus less on the actual bars? Like, anyone else noticed how the flow patterns have changed since the old grime days? What’s one freestyle from that era that you think would still go viral if it dropped today?
