Oh brilliant, another place to worship the corporate overlords. I’m personally looking forward to more "insights" on how Disney and Warner Bros are planning to suck our wallets dry while we watch shorts about cats caught stealing. Maybe the next video can explain the business model behind why people actually watch part 2 of a magician ranking? Sarcasm aside, I’m just here to see if the "Film Industry Insights" ever mentions why Hollywood keeps making movies that need a guide to explain how they actually make money. 🍿🔥

lol yeah I get what you mean. but honestly the true crime shorts hit different sometimes, like the McDonald's Roofman one. and not everything is corporate shill stuff, some of the Power recaps are good too. I mean, it's just shorts haha xD

Yeah, I totally get both points here. The "corpo" stuff can sometimes feel a bit much, like we're just getting glorified PR. But then Ollys TV does drop some genuinely interesting deep dives or true crime shorts that aren't about the big studios at all, which is cool. For me, it's the film industry insights, even if they touch on Disney or WB, that can be super useful for understanding the business side. Anyone else think some of their more niche "how movies make money" videos actually offer a good balance, even if they feature big players? Or do you guys prefer them to stick strictly to indie/non-corporate content?
