The eternal debate: Is Jeff too harsh on influencers?

I've been watching A-X for years, and while I respect his commitment to science, anyone else noticed how often he dedicates videos specifically to debunking whatever trend is currently going viral among gym influencers? He's often right, but sometimes the tone seems overly critical. Do you think this aggressive stance against 'bro science' is necessary to keep people safe, or is he missing the point that fitness should also be fun/accessible? What do you think about his strategy here?

Honestly, do you think his tone is actually the problem, or is it just that the truth hurts? I’ve noticed he’s been doubling down on the 'fake science' callouts lately, but anyone else noticed how his own titles are getting just as clickbaity as the people he’s debunking? What do you think—does he *need* to be this aggressive to actually protect beginners from injury, or is he just turning into a 'reaction' channel to keep the algorithm happy? I'm curious if you guys think he'd be as popular if he stayed purely educational without the callouts.

I agree that the packaging is often hyperbolic, but the substance usually justifies the clickbait titles. If you analyze his breakdown of exercises like the overhead triceps extension versus his "perfect" version, he’s focusing on scapular upward rotation and long-head activation that most fitness influencers completely ignore. It's a calculated trade-off: he uses sensationalist branding to compete with the algorithm, but the instruction remains rooted in clinical biomechanics and his background as a physical therapist. Do you think the delivery undermines his credibility, or is it just a necessary evil for a channel of that size?

Honestly, I kinda miss the OG days before every title had to be 'STOP DOING THIS!' or 'THE ONLY X EXERCISES!'. Don't get me wrong, Jeff's still the GOAT and the science is always there, but remember when it was just pure breakdowns and form fixes without the huge caps lock? It felt more like a masterclass back then. The content is still gold, but the packaging definitely evolved for clicks, which I get, but man, the old school videos just hit different
