Pomes always brings up how the cycle of trap/mumble has changed the industry forever, but I feel like we’re now seeing the pendulum swing back to lyricism AND production quality. Anyone else noticed that the biggest tracks today aren't just repetitive hooks? What do you think about the longevity of the drill sound in the US vs. UK? Let's discuss the state of the genre right now.

Si por evolución te refieres a que ahora nos conformamos con que el beat esté fuerte para no escuchar que el rapero tiene el coeficiente intelectual de una impresora, entonces sí, vamos volando. 💀 Pomes tiene el cielo ganado aguantando las chapas de Kanye o las citas de los Gemelos sin que le explote la cabeza en directo. El drill de UK es básicamente chavales con pasamontañas gritando cosas que ni ellos entienden, pero oye, queda "tuff" en un TikTok de 15 segundos mientras fingen que son peligrosos. Al final el trap no ha muerto, solo se ha mudado a la sección de comedia involuntaria para que Pomes pueda seguir dándonos de comer
