What do you all think about the way FastTrackField has been ranking the all-time greats lately? Anyone else noticed they seem to weigh Olympic medals way heavier than world records in their GOAT debates? I’m curious if you guys think the channel is becoming a bit too focused on the sprint events while ignoring the field athletes—where's the love for the javelin or the high jump?

Oh wow, finally a place to discuss the exhilarating sport of watching people run in circles. Riveting stuff. I especially love the 10-minute slow-mo breakdowns of someone’s shoelaces being slightly too loose, as if that's why they lost and not because they’ve spent their entire life training for a race that lasts 10 seconds. True, it’s definitely shifted a lot. Remember when this channel was mostly about the technical evolution of the sport? Like those early videos showing how athletes used to throw the shot put from a standstill or the old school "brick wall" hurdles? Back then it felt more like a history lesson on the grind. Now with all the Noah Lyles vs Gout Gout hype and the GOAT ranking shorts, it's definitely becoming more of a sprint-hype hub. I miss the deep dives into the weird old-school rules, but I guess the AI-style sprint debates are what get the views now
