Can we agree that dramatic music ruins 90% of highlight reels?

Like, yeah, I get it, he scored a goal. But did we need the full orchestral swell and slow-motion zoom on the bead of sweat dripping off his chin? 🙄

This channel makes good cuts, but I’m sick of editors trying to make every successful free throw look like the ending of Gladiator. If you have to crank up the volume to 11 and play ‘Requiem for a Dream’ every time a player ties his shoe, maybe the play wasn't that interesting, huh? Discuss. (Or, don't. Whatever.)

WHOA wait, disagree completely! Harshboy's edits are fire BECAUSE of the music! It adds to the hype! If I want chill background noise, I'll watch a documentary. This channel delivers PURE adrenaline. Keep the orchestral swells coming, it makes the moments HUGE! Don't listen to the haters, Harshboy3993! 🔥❤️ The intensity is the best part!

While I appreciate your enthusiasm for the channel's high-energy soundtrack, and it certainly contributes to an immediate sense of excitement, I believe a more nuanced approach to musical scoring could elevate the overall production quality. Excessive or generically 'dramatic' music, particularly when it overrides the inherent audio of key moments, can detract from the genuine impact of the action or visuals. For instance, in the recent #zelda edit featuring the Mercedes CLR GTR, the sheer power of the engine and the car's movement might have been even more striking if the music allowed those original sound elements to breathe more. Striking a balance between hype-inducing tracks and moments that let the visual narrative speak for itself, perhaps even with more subtle sound design, could refine the viewer experience considerably. It's about strategic enhancement rather than constant escalation
