Don't get me wrong, I love paying $60 to watch a man wiggle his fingers over a synth while whispering about how he's "feeling something." It's the perfect soundtrack for when you want to look brooding in a coffee shop but actually you're just thinking about what you're having for dinner. Is he actually a "live phenomenon" or did he just sample his own existential dread and put a 4/4 beat under it? Change my mind. 💀🎧
