I've been following their content primarily for the deep-dive analysis they provide on cinematic techniques, particularly in their recent series dissecting the color grading in 'Neo-Noir Revival'. While the subscriber count (13.3k) is modest, the production quality consistently rivals channels ten times that size. I'm particularly interested to see where they place major studio releases versus independent film analysis in their upcoming tier list, given their established appreciation for narrative structure. The 'Neo-Noir' series is definitely their peak technical work, but man, I still have a soft spot for the 2021 era.
