Okay, so I've been seeing this a lot lately, in my own life and with friends. It's so hard to step away from a relationship, even when it's clearly not healthy, because of that tiny hope that *they'll eventually change*. Like, you see glimpses of guilt or potential, but it never translates into actual action. How do you guys manage to genuinely let go of that hope? What strategies help you realize when it's just never going to happen and move on for your own mental health? I want to break this pattern so bad! Any advice or personal stories? 🙏❤️
