Is it even a 'PR' if you don't almost die?
At what point does "consistency" in the gym just become a socially acceptable mental illness? 🤡 I see these guys hitting the rack every single day like their life depends on it, moving weights with the form of a folding lawn chair. Is the goal actually to be healthy, or are we all just collectively trying to suppress existential dread by lifting heavy circles? I’m genuinely curious if anyone here actually enjoys the "chicken and broccoli" lifestyle, or if we’re all just LARPing as Spartans to cope with the fact that we sit at a desk for 8 hours. Is it still "bodybuilding" if you're just building a future appointment with a chiropractor? 💪☠️
