Lately, I’ve been trying to keep up with what’s being said over the radio in these bodycam clips, but some of the codes are totally lost on me. Does anyone have a recommendation for a reliable app or a "cheat sheet" website that breaks down 10-codes by state? Also, what are the best books you’ve read regarding police de-escalation tactics? I think it would be interesting to debate whether the officers we see are actually following the book or just winging it during high-stress stops. What do you guys use to stay clued in on the legal side of things?
