I’ve been really focusing on my squat form lately, but I’ve realized my ankle mobility is totally holding me back from getting that full depth without my heels lifting! 😅 Does anyone have some favorite drills or stretches that actually show results? I’ve heard about banded joint mobilizations and loaded eccentric stretches, but I’d love to know what worked best for you guys to get those knees moving forward properly! ❤️ Let’s get those gains safely!! 💪🔥🙏
