Unpopular opinion here but does anyone else think classic Nintendo sports games, like Wii Sports Resort or even Mario Kart Wii, have more genuine competitive depth and replayability than a lot of the 'esports' titles today? Like the skill ceiling for swordplay in Wii Sports is legit crazy, but nobody takes it seriously. Modern esports often feel so grindy. What do you all think about this? Am I wild for saying that?
