I tried watching some of these "iconic" 80s movies everyone raves about and I’m convinced it’s a collective hallucination. Is there an actual reason people enjoy watching cars explode from a light tap, or is it just nostalgia for a time before people had actual taste? Seriously, help me out here—give me one movie that isn't carried by "vibes" and actually has a script written by someone with a functioning frontal lobe. Or are we all just here for the unintentional comedy of bad practical effects?
