I am so hyped because I finally started working on my floor and ring strength! ❤️ Calisthenics is honestly the most amazing sport ever and I’m so motivated to get my first full planche. Does anyone have advice on how to keep your form perfect without your lower back arching? I’ve been doing tons of tuck holds and pseudo pushups but I want to make sure I’m training correctly to avoid injury! You guys are all so incredible and strong, I’d love to hear what worked for you!!
