R6 monitor setup tips?

Hey guys, watching the Kickoff matches got me thinking. Anyone got any good recommendations for monitor settings for R6? Like, what aspect ratio do pros usually run? Or any software that helps with clarity? lol my old monitor is struggling xD

Most pros are still running 4:3 stretched with like 84-90 FOV, but honestly, does anyone else feel like it’s becoming a bit of a placebo? I see players trying to copy Hashom’s setup to the pixel, but it doesn't fix bad game sense lol. What do you guys think about the 16:10 vs 4:3 debate for 2026? Is the extra horizontal stretch actually worth the loss in peripheral vision, or are we just stuck in our ways? Also, anyone found a software filter that doesn't make the game look like deep-fried mush?
