Unpopular opinion: Why are we still pretending that British "delicacies" are actually good? If your national dish requires five pints of gravy just to make it slide down your throat without tasting the blandness, you’ve failed as a culinary culture. 💀 Shepherd's pie is just a shepherd's warning that they ran out of spices in the 1700s. People who say they crave a "full English" are just admitting they enjoy high blood pressure and beige flavors. Change my mind, or just keep eating your soggy beans on toast like it’s a luxury. 🤷♂️
