I want to hear some honest opinions on this. I've been seeing a lot of discussion lately about the risk vs. reward of doing high-volume Olympic lifting in an AMRAP setting. Obviously, it's great for the heart rate, but anyone else noticed how quickly form disappears once the clock starts ticking? 📉 I’m starting to think we should prioritize movement quality over intensity when it comes to technical lifts, even in a competitive setting. What do you guys think? Is the "for time" aspect of these workouts actually dangerous for the average athlete, or is it just a matter of better coaching? 🏋️‍♂️💪🏼
