Don’t get me wrong, the vibes are cold when they're done right, but is anyone else feeling like the scene is getting a bit saturated? Seems like real lyricism is taking a back seat for catchy hooks and heavy autotune. Do you lot think this sound is still the pinnacle for the UK right now, or are you lot craving something a bit more raw and experimental again? Do you lot think DBE needs to switch it up with some grittier, non-melodic production to stay on top, or is the 'Trap Wave' sound basically their DNA at this point?
