Hoshino started with those classic, witty highlights like the "That’s Not a Knife" clip from Crocodile Dundee, but lately, it feels like the channel is leaning heavily into the "brutal" stuff. Between the self-surgery in The Revenant and Joe’s kills in You, it’s clear what’s getting the clicks. Don’t get me wrong, the editing is top-tier for 35 seconds, but does anyone else miss the more "philosophical" clips like the Kung Fu ones? Those old David Carradine scenes actually had some soul. What do you guys think—is Hoshino evolving into a horror/thriller highlight channel, or should there be more variety?
