Is cold calling officially dead for real estate beginners?
I’ve been looking into wholesaling and flipping houses at ground zero, but honestly, every time I pick up the phone lately, it feels like sellers are more guarded than ever. Does anyone else feel like marketing tactics need a total overhaul right now? I'm curious if you think it's better to stick to the traditional scripts or if you have to be a total "savage" to actually close deals in this economy. What’s your take—is it a volume game or a strategy game at this point? Anyone noticed a shift in lead quality?
