Does anyone else think it’s wild that people in London order massive supermarket hauls and 30L of water to 4th floor flats with no lift? I feel like there should be a weight limit for riders. Is the "hustle" actually worth it when customers are this entitled, or should we be blaming the apps? What do you guys think?
