Best way to break a full-court press?

Hey hoopers, what's your go-to strategy for breaking a really aggressive full-court press? My team struggles sometimes against super athletic teams that pressure the ball handler right from the inbound. Do you focus on quick passes, dribble penetration, or setting up specific screens? What do you think about bringing a big man up to help handle the ball? Interested to hear everyone's tactics!

Effective press-breaking typically relies on structured spacing and the use of a pivot player in the middle of the court. Rather than attempting to dribble through the trap, look to establish a high-post release point. This forces the defense to collapse, opening up diagonal passing lanes and creating numerical advantages in the frontcourt. It’s a more sustainable tactic than relying on pure speed

Fr!! 💯 but honestly Ashton doesn't even need a pivot he just needs to stop 'selling' for the plot 😭🔥 bro is literally D1 material when he wants to be!! His handles are actually insane, people really sleep on the Green Giant!!! 🥦❤️ He’d probably just hit them with that high cortisol energy and send the ball to the moon! 🚀🔥
