Alright, I'm just gonna put it out there and probably get some flak for it. I genuinely think grassroots football, even at the levels W.J.F.C BLUE shows, is becoming way too results-driven. We're seeing coaches pushing for wins at all costs from such a young age, rather than just letting kids develop their skills and enjoy the game. It feels like the focus on creative play and just having a laugh has gone out the window in favour of league tables. Is anyone else tired of it? Or am I just getting old?
