I’ve been watching a lot of these small claims and traffic court cases lately, and I’m genuinely curious: where do you guys draw the line on a judge's patience? Some of these defendants are clearly being disrespectful or wearing insane outfits, but the judges just sit there and take it for like 20 minutes before actually ruling. Do you think being "too fair" or "too nice" makes people take the court less seriously? Or is it better for the judge to just be a robot and shut them down immediately? Personally, I think some of these people need a reality check the second they walk in. Anyone else noticed this trend of people acting like court is a reality TV show?
