Okay, big fan of Outstanding Screenplays, their breakdowns are usually gold. But sometimes I wonder if their picks for "masterful" or "genius" screenwriting are actually about the script, or just fantastic directing/acting in an emotional scene.

Like the "27 years later..." video about The Sixth Sense ending. That reveal is ICONIC, no doubt. But was it purely *screenwriting* genius, or was M. Night's direction and Bruce Willis's performance what truly elevated it to "haunting"? Or the Peter Dinklage speech – powerful, yes, but often those kind of speeches are more about the delivery.

What do you guys think? Anyone else feel like some videos lean more into "great movie moment" than "brilliant script choice"? Are we always focusing on the right elements for *screenwriting* analysis?
