I’ve been looking into network stress testing lately and it seems like everyone still points to scripts like Slowloris or Torshammer as the "go-to" examples. But honestly? With modern server protections and CDNs, aren't these tools basically useless now? I feel like we're stuck in 2015. Anyone else noticed that the "help" people provide in tech forums is often just recycling the same few Python scripts that don't even work on updated Apache servers? Is it even worth learning these old methods anymore, or should the community move entirely toward more sophisticated vulnerabilities? What do you guys think?
