It's truly fascinating to observe the progression of instructional content on Max Capable over the years. While the core tenets of functional strength, mobility, and the unique methodology pioneered by Greg Mihovich and Sergei Karaliou have remained consistently exceptional, I often find myself reminiscing about the early emphasis on highly specific systems. Does anyone else recall the detailed breakdowns of the initial Combat Acrobatic Training (CAT) system drills? Or the foundational Systema sequences that seemed to form the bedrock of much of the later combat mobility work? It feels as though the channel has significantly broadened its scope, transitioning from very system-centric instruction to a more holistic integration of principles across diverse drills, as exemplified in recent "Combat Mobility System" and "Bodyweight Core Training" series. I'd be interested to hear if others have noticed particular shifts in pedagogical approach or content focus over the years, and which past series they personally found most impactful
