Why are elevator pranks and social experiments still so viral?
I’ve been noticing a huge surge in elevator-themed pranks and "saving people" scenarios across social media lately, and I’m curious what you guys think about the trend. What is it about that specific setting that makes these videos get millions of views? Is it the claustrophobia of the space or just the awkwardness of being stuck with a stranger in a weird situation? I personally find the heartwarming "hero" moments interesting, but I'm starting to wonder if the genre is getting a bit staged. Do you think these creators are still finding genuine reactions, or has the "viral challenge" culture made everything feel scripted? What kind of social experiments would you actually like to see that haven't been done a thousand times already?
