I see people acting like split ends are a terminal diagnosis. It’s literal dead cells, guys. Why are we acting like a $60 hair mask is going to perform a miracle on something that has no nervous system? If I stop washing my hair for a month and it turns into a natural dreadlock, is that "growth" or just "ecological collapse"? Also, please justify why you'd pay a professional to "dust" your ends when a pair of kitchen scissors and a mirror exist. I’m genuinely curious if anyone here actually has a hair routine that isn't just expensive cope, or are we all just gaslighting ourselves into thinking frizz is a sin?
