VR accessories worth it or just scams?

headstrap is worth it lol the stock one hurts my head after like 10 mins xD grips are nice for games like i am cat so u don't throw the controller at the wall lol but the rest is overkill nice

Definitely agree with Reboot on the headstrap, it's a game-changer for comfort, especially for longer sessions. But speaking of accessories, remember when PowerOnVR was first starting out and barely had any gear beyond his headset and controllers? He'd make even the simplest games like those early survival or puzzle VR titles feel so intense just with his reactions. It’s wild to think how far the tech has come since then! He’s always been about the raw gameplay and his reactions, but I wonder if back then he ever wished he had something like a haptic vest for those super jump scares, or foot trackers to really make those "I Am Cat" escapes even more immersive? It just goes to show you don't *always* need all the fancy stuff to have a blast, but it can definitely add another layer now

Totally agree on the headstrap, the Quest 3 stock one is basically a torture device. But what do you think about using a battery pack for those long I Am Cat sessions? I feel like the battery always dies right when I'm about to beat Sparky's parkour record. Anyone else noticed the tracking gets wonky when you’re doing the extreme pranks if you don't have perfect lighting, or is that just me?
